is a technological innovation that it doesnit need to open up in
unloading the materials and remains no remainders.The structure of
the machine turned the traditional centrifugal machineis rotating
parts into the two parts of inner and outer axis systems keeping
synchronous,the outer axis system is fixed in the axial
direction,the inner axis system can move along the axial
direction,driven by the machinery device.The filter cloth is in the
shape of a bag,one side fixed on the drum of the outer axial
system,another side fixed on the pushing plate of the inner axial
system.In separating materials,the liquid passes through the filter
cloth and the drum under the effect of the centrifugal force,while
the solid is remained on the filter cloth.In the unloading
materials,the inner axial system is pushed out and makes the filter
bag overturned,driven by the machinery device,in the meantime also
complete the unloading and regenerating the filter cloth.When the
unloading is complete,the machinery device takes back the inner
axial system and gets ready for the next cycle working. |
