 AF automatic reverse washing inverse
filtering machine enjoys such advantages as continuous
filtration,automatic reverse washing & reliable
operation,large-amount handling,lower operational cost,long life
operation,etc.The self-filtered clean liquid is used for automatic
reverse washing of the filter element and it is not necessary to
remove the filter element for cleaning and nor separate cleaning
system is needed.The process of the cleaning and dirt-discharging of
the filtering machine is automatically conducted during the
operation.During the reverse washing,the filter elements are cleaned
one by one and the other filter elements remain to be continuously
filtering so that continuous supply of filtered liquid can be
ensured.The water consumption for reverse washing is small:during
the reverse washing of this machine,only one or two filter
element(s)(one out of a dozen or twenty of the total filter
elements) is /are cleaned at a time,and so the dirt-discharging
water consumption is less than 5% of the designed rate of flow.The
reverse washing can be automatic(timing,pressure
difference),manual,and controlled by programmable
controller(PLC). |

| The
motive force for the filtration and reverse washing of this machine
is provided by the hydraulic head of the raw material or the
delivery head of the pump.The pressure in the filter chamber of the
system basically remains constant.The liquid flows outwards from the
inner chamber of the filter element and the solid impurities carried
by the liquid are stopped on the inner surface of the filtering
medium,which causes the rise of the pressure difference between the
inner and outer chambers and thus the filtering resistance gradually
becomes greater.When the pressure difference between the inner and
outer chambers exceeds a specific set value on the
pressure-difference controller,the controller will give out signal
and the control motor will be started,bringing the inverse washing
arm into rotation.At the same,turn on the electric diaphragm valve
at the dirt-discharge outlet.Every time the inverse washing arm
rotates a cycle,each filter will be reverse washed and regenerated
once,and the recycling continues. |
