General Description of
the Equipment |

MY series closed & pressurized
crystal filter washing drying integrated machine,known as
"three-into-ine machine",is well suitable for various
materials,especially for the treatment of such materials as thick
liquids as well as toxic,volatile and pollutant
materials.Integrating filtering,washing and drying into a whole,the
machine enjoys the features of simplified technological
process,higher production efficiency,material pollution
prevention,easy discharging,easy realization of
mechanical/electrical integration,etc.Besides,with this machine the
floor space of the clean workshop required druing the whole
production process can be greatly reduced and thus,customer's
infrastructure investment cost can be singificantly lowered.This
machine finds wide application in such trades as pharmacy,
pesticide, biochemistry, dyeing,food, beverage, fine
chemicals,chemicals refined from farm products,polymers and resin
products,etc.It is especially suitable to the production with high
purity and with small amount but multi-varieties.This machine is
designed,developed and manufactured by the company itself and has
come into actual application,filling in the domestic gap in terms of
same kind of products and substituting for imported one.It enjoys
broad prospect in the application in separating toxic,harmful and
pollutant materials.

The operating process of MY series closed & pressurized
crystal filter washing integrated machine can be divided into four
stages:
- Filtering:Under the action of the pump,the material to be
separated enters the machine and under the pressure of the
pump,initial filtering starts.When the feeding is finished,switch
on compressed air,and under the pressure of the compressed
air,filtration is conducted for a second time and the solid/liquid
separation of the material is realized.For the filtering
medium,filter cloth or sintered stainless steel multi-layer filter
disc of various sizes and with different media are available for
your choice in accordance with the properties of different
products and materials.The filter disc is fixed on the lower
cylinder of the machine and can be cleaned and replaced.When the
product is changed,only the replacement of filter plate is
required,and thus one machine can be used for several products.The
filter cake formed is flattened by means of specially-made scraper
device,eliminating any cracks on the cake,enabling the cake to
have uniform distribution and consistent thickness,and enabling
thorough separation between the solid and liquid.
- Washing:Through specially-made washing mechanism,the cleaning
liquid thoroughly and uniformly distributes inside the
machine,enabling the cleaning of the inside of the machine and
washing of the material.Under the blending action of the scarper
mechanism,the filter cake,layer by layer,is thoroughly mixed with
the cleaning liquid,finally forming pasty turbid liquid and the
filter cake being thoroughly cleaned.Depending on specific
materials,repeated washing can be chosen.
- Drying:After thorough washing,input compressed air to dry the
filter cake.For the material to be dried,input steam or
hot-air(nitrogen gas) to dry the material under the action of
vacuum.
- Discharging:Under the action of the scraper mechanism,the
dried filter cake is scraped up and driven to the side discharging
valve position and then comes out of the machine.

Installation of the
Machine |
|
- This machine is intended for integral installation.In the case
of separate assembling required by transportation,the correctness
and exactness must be ensured.
The machine must be
horizontally installed on the concrete foundation and the
structural member.

| 1, Checking prior to starting the machine:£º |
- Make sure that the lock bolts are fastened to ensure the
safety.
- Make sure that the discharge valve is closely shut.
- Make sure that the liquid outlet valve is closely shut.
- Check the electric control system and the pneumatic control
system.(The action of all the electric components should be prompt
and reliable,and there is no air leakage of the pneumatic system.)

| 2, Operation of the Machine: |
- After finishing the checking of the above items,turn on the
feeding valve and put into the material to the limited level.
- After the crystallization,turn on the liquid outlet valve and
turn on the air inlet valve to let the compressed air in for the
filtration.
- After the filtration,turn on the washing valve for washing.
- After the washing,turn on the air inlet valve to let the
compressed air in for the filtration.
- If drying is necessary,turn on the ventilation valve and let
steam or hot water enter the sleeve for heating.
- After the heating,turn on the discharging valve and the
scraper rotattes for discharging.
- After the discharging is completed,reset the scraper to start
the next cycle.

Maintenance of the
Machine |
|
- It is necessary to frequently check the work condition of the
pneumatic system and the electric system.
- If any leakage should occur at the seal,tighten the end nuts.
- Regularly put lubricant oil to the speed reducer
box.
